Do I have to move to EmDash?
No. WordPress sites we host stay supported for as long as you’re with us. If you ever want to move, it’s free on any monthly plan.
Can you build a new online store?
Yes, on WordPress with WooCommerce. E-commerce is included on the $49 Managed Site Plan.
How often do you update my site?
Updates run weekly and are checked afterwards rather than applied and forgotten. Security patches go in sooner when something warrants it.
How do you keep my site secure?
A firewall and Cloudflare sit in front of the site, malware scanning runs behind them, and daily offsite backups mean we can roll you back quickly if anything does get through.
