Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. You can cancel any time and there's nothing to buy your way out of.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
It's yours. Your site and your domain go with you. We're not going to hold either one hostage to keep you subscribed.
Is migration really free?
Yes. If your site lives somewhere else right now, we move it across at no cost, including DNS and the SSL certificate. That includes moving a WordPress site to EmDash, on any monthly plan.
What if I need more than my plan's revision hours?
We tell you before we do anything. If a request falls outside your plan or the agreed scope, you get an estimate first, and we never simply add it to your bill.
Do I pay for hosting separately?
No. Hosting, SSL and security are in the price of every website plan, and there’s no separate hosting-only plan.
Do you still work with WordPress?
Yes. Online stores are built on WordPress with WooCommerce, and we keep hosting and maintaining the WordPress sites we already look after.
