How does Webnetic Insight improve my site's security?
On WordPress it runs regular security scans. On EmDash it checks the site’s version against published security advisories. Either way, the findings land in your weekly report, so problems get spotted early rather than sitting open for months.
What happens if a backup fails?
On WordPress, Insight monitors your backups and alerts you to a failure or missing data straight away. EmDash sites we host can restore their content to any minute in the last 30 days, so there’s no nightly backup job to fail.
Can I get the report daily instead of weekly?
On WordPress, yes, for an extra fee, and you can set how often backups run. EmDash reports are weekly.
Does my site need to be hosted with you?
For WordPress, no: Insight works on a WordPress site hosted anywhere. On EmDash, it comes with the sites we host. On any of our website plans, it’s included at no extra cost.
Does Insight work on EmDash sites?
Yes, since October 2026. We built an EmDash version that reports uptime, speed and Core Web Vitals, visits and top pages, the pages edited that week, security advisories and domain expiry. It’s included on every EmDash site we host.
