These terms apply to all Webnetic LLC service plans, including Managed WordPress Hosting, the Start Up Package, the Clarity Framework Plan, and the Webnetic PRO Subscription. In the event of a conflict between these Universal Terms and a plan-specific term, the Universal Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise noted in writing.
1. Plans Subject to Change Webnetic LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or restructure any service plan — including pricing, included services, and deliverables — at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email no less than 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated plan terms. If a client does not wish to continue under the revised terms, they may cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
2. Cancellation Policy All plans require a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to cancellation. Notice must be submitted via email to info@webnetic.dev and is considered effective upon written confirmation from Webnetic LLC. The client remains responsible for all fees accrued during the 30-day notice period. Cancellations made without the required notice period will result in a final charge equivalent to one billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Where a project involves milestone or installment payments, any engagement in which payments have extended beyond 30 days from the initial payment date is considered materially in progress. In such cases, all payments made are non-refundable and fully forfeited. Clients who have not yet reached the 30-day threshold may submit a refund request in writing, which Webnetic LLC will review at its discretion.
4. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute arising from any Webnetic LLC service plan, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith written communication within 30 days of the dispute being raised. If a resolution cannot be reached within that period, the dispute shall be submitted to non-binding mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The cost of mediation shall be shared equally between both parties unless otherwise agreed in writing. This mediation process applies universally to all active and past service agreements with Webnetic LLC. Neither party is obligated to accept a mediated outcome, but both parties agree to participate in the process in good faith before pursuing any other remedy.
5. Governing Law All plans and agreements with Webnetic LLC are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webnetic LLC is registered, regardless of the client's location.

Ownership and Access While Webnetic LLC maintains and manages the hosting environment, your website files and data are your property. You may request a copy or transfer of your site at any time, and we will assist at no additional cost.
Payment & Billing Managed WordPress Hosting is billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension of hosting services. Webnetic LLC is not liable for any business interruption or data loss resulting from a suspension due to non-payment.
Revision and Fix Scope This plan includes 1 hour of revisions or fixes per billing cycle. A "revision" is defined as a minor content or visual adjustment to an existing page. Development work, new feature requests, or structural changes fall outside this scope and will be quoted separately. Hours do not roll over between billing cycles.
Limitation of Liability Webnetic LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to access the hosted services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webnetic LLC, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
Termination Either party may terminate services with written notice. You remain responsible for all fees accrued up to the date of termination. Upon termination, Webnetic LLC will provide a copy of your site files upon request at no charge.
